You can start your hydration journey, and earn points right away, by using your account created in one of the following waterdrop®Clubs:
Austria, Belgium, EU, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore and United States.
Your account belongs to one of the Clubs mentioned above but you live in a different country? No worries! Here is the list of all the countries where our waterdrop®Hydration App can be downloaded:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States.
The waterdrop®Hydration App is compatible with both iOS and Android. iOS users can download it on an iPhone or iPod Touch running iOS 14 at the minimum. Android users can download it on a smartphone running Android 8 version at the minimum. Unfortunately, waterdrop®Hydration App is currently not optimised for tablets or operating systems other than Android or iOS.
You can set your reminders in the ''Account'' section by tapping ''App Settings'' and then turning on ''Reminders''. Once you do that, you will be able to set the frequency and specific times you want to be reminded to drink more water!
Your daily hydration goal is calculated based on the information you entered at registration (age and weight), but you can personalise this value by going to ''Account'' and then ''App Settings''. There are also lifestyle factors that affect your hydration goal such as exercising and being in a place with higher temperatures than you are used to.
By regularly tracking your fluid-intake, you are already on the right path to earn waterdrop®Club points. There are two ways you can earn points using our app: - First, you can collect points every time you reach a new hydration level. - Second, with every badge you earn, you automatically receive points.
For more information on what exactly levels and badges are, click HERE. Don't forget to use your LUCY®Smart Cap, if you have one. Points for levels will be doubled if you are using the LUCY®Smart Cap. Double the points, double the fun!
