Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance. Vitamin C, B6, B12, niacin and pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness of fatigue. Calcium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function.Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin C, B6, B12, thiamin, niacin, pantothenic acid, calcium and magnesium contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance. Chloride contributes to normal digestion by production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. Water contributes to the maintenance of normal regulation of the body's temperature. Hi. Tried and analysed alternatives. Shortly this product is a double overprice comparing with alternatives in electrolyte drinks so yes its really nice packaded and marketed however taste is ok nothing special and frankly i lack logical argument why to pay double. I drink electrolytes for hydration during padel games twice/3 times per week.
