Our Steel Bottles and Cups are made with sturdy 18-8 grade stainless steel.

You can find the dimensions of each individual Bottle or accessory on each product page under the 'What you'll get' section.

We offer two types of accessories for our Bottles: Caps and Lids.

Our Caps fit our Glass Bottles, Steel Bottles and Ultralight Steel bottles.

Our Lids fit our All-purpose Bottles and Tumblers.

It is important to note that Lids and Caps are not interchangeable, and are designed to fit their respective Bottle types.

The LUCY® Smart Cap can be used with either our Steel or Glass Bottles.

However, it is not compatible with our Toddler Bottles, Ultralight Steel Bottles or All-purpose Bottles.

Our stainless-steel bottles are tested by accredited third-party laboratories and are found to be free of lead on the surface, as well as the interior of the product. As such, a customer will not be exposed to lead simply from touching, handling and drinking out of the product. It is important to note however, that our manufacturing procedure uses a pellet containing lead in the vacuum insulation sealing process. This lead used in the sealing process is inaccessible to consumers once the manufacturing process is completed. Under normal conditions of use, a consumer will hence, not be exposed to lead while using our product. In the rare case that the base cap of the product is damaged or removed, there is a small but unlikely chance that lead exposure could occur. If this were to happen, please contact our Customer Service team and we will be glad to provide you with a replacement at no cost as part of our commitment to providing safe, high-quality products.

Not every product comes with an engravable finish. If a bottle or cap offers this option, you'll find an engraving widget directly on the product page, where you can type in your text and preview it before adding it to your cart. If you don't see the widget, that particular design isn't engravable — but plenty of our bottles are, so there's likely a personalized match for you.

One more thing to keep in mind: engraving results can vary slightly depending on the product's coating and finish. This is completely normal and not a flaw!

Our engraving tool supports a wide range of characters, so you can personalize in your own language, style, or with a bit of flair. You can choose from a selection of emojis in addition to up to 15 characters of text (T&Cs apply). Supported characters include:

Numbers: 0123456789

Standard letters (upper & lower case): ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ / abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz

Accented & special Latin characters, covering most European languages (e.g. À Ö ü ç ñ ø ß Ł ő ș and many more)

A few Greek characters: Δ Ω μ π

Punctuation & symbols: "" - . ? ! ~ * & # : ] [ ( ) |`

Here's the complete list of characters our engraving tool accepts:

0123456789ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZabcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz¡µ·¿ÀÁÂÃÄÅÆÇÈÉÊËÌÍÎÏÐÑÒÓÔÕÖØÙÚÛÜÝÞßàáâãäåæçèéêëìíîïðñòóôõöøùúûüýþÿĀāĂ㥹ĆćĈĉĊċČčĎďĐđĒēĔĕĖėĘęĚěĜĝĞğĠġĢģĤĥĦħĨĩĪīĬĭĮįİıIJijĴĵĶķĸĹĺĻļĽľĿŀŁłŃńŅņŇňʼnŊŋŌōŎŏŐőŒœŔŕŖŗŘřŚśŜŝŞşŠšŢţŤťŦŧŨũŪūŬŭŮůŰűŲųŴŵŶŷŸŹźŻżŽžƒǼǽǾǿȘșȚțȷɃΔΩμπ""-.?!~`*&#:""][()|

Note: If a character you'd like to use isn't on this list, our engraving tool won't be able to process it — we recommend double-checking your text against the list above before submitting your order.

Unfortunately, this is not possible, so please review your input carefully before ordering to ensure there are no misprints.

Unfortunately, engraved items cannot be returned.

At the moment, the engraving location cannot be selected and is fixed. For Explorer bottles, the engraving will be centered, while for all other bottles it will appear in the lower third of the bottle. After entering your desired text or emojis, you’ll be able to preview a mockup before confirming the engraving.
