SPICED PLUM is the drink that fits right in with winter: rich, dark plum and a gentle peppery warmth, with 160mg of Vitamin C and Zinc in every cube. Best enjoyed hot but don't be afraid to try it with cold sparkling water and enjoy a dinner party for one in a glass.

Hosting? Drop 2 SPICED PLUM cubes into a heat-safe carafe (1L) of hot water (60°C), add 2–3 cinnamon sticks and a star anise, and let it infuse for a few minutes. Finish with orange slices and a sprig of rosemary, then pour and pass it round within 30 minutes.
