Do waterdrop® cubes contain sugar or sweeteners?

Made with the finest fruit and plant extracts, we are proud to declare our cubes free from preservatives, artificial colouring and sugar. Our Microdrink, Microenergy and Microlyte flavours are, however, enhanced with a touch of either stevia or sucralose. If you would prefer a sweetener-free option, check out our Microtea collection.

Are the waterdrop® cubes vegan and/or gluten-free?

Almost all our cubes are vegan. Our Microtea flavour GOLDEN ASSAM is the only exception as it contains honey extract, and is therefore not considered vegan. All of our flavours are gluten-free.

How many cubes can I drink a day?

Our cubes are not a vitamin supplement; rather, they are considered a regular beverage under EU regulations.We recommend consuming no more than 1.5 waterdrop® cubes per kg of bodyweight. At a bodyweight of 60 kg, this would be 90 cubes a day. That is approximately 45L of water, which we know would be nearly impossible to achieve.Practically speaking, we have established a limit of 10 Microdrink and Microtea cubes per day, to ensure that you do not exceed the Recommended Daily Intake (RDI). For our Microenergy flavours, we would suggest keeping it to 5 a day, since they contain natural caffeine.Due to the high concentration of minerals and vitamins of our Microlyte flavours, we do not recommend consuming more than 3 Microlyte cubes per day. If you don't engage in any sporting activity, but still want to enjoy our Microlyte cubes, we advise you not to exceed 1 cube per day.
