I expressly agree that all content transmitted or entered by me (e.g. texts, names, symbols, logos, designs, or files):

• does not contain any offensive, discriminatory, racist, sexist, obscene, violence-glorifying, violence-inciting, defamatory, criminally relevant, or otherwise unlawful content;

• does not contain content that infringes on trade secrets, personal rights, trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, name rights, or other (protective) rights of third parties;

• does not violate applicable Austrian, European, or international law;

• does not create the impression of being associated with a protected brand, organization, or person if this is not the case; and

• may only be used by me personally or with the express consent of the rights holders.
  

I confirm that I possess all necessary usage, reproduction, and editing rights to the content I provide for engraving. I confirm that I am solely responsible for the content of my chosen customization. The customization is not checked by waterdrop® for errors (design, grammar, positioning, size, image quality, etc.).

I acknowledge that waterdrop® is not obliged to carry out any content-related or legal review of my submitted content, but reserves the right to reject or cancel orders containing impermissible and/or offensive content. After submitting the order, no changes or cancellations can be made.

I acknowledge that goods manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g. engraving of drinking bottles) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
