This bottle is just what I was looking for. An insulated coffee cup that is also leakproof so I can have coffees on the go. Perfect for a Mum running around after little kids! The Taupe colour is beautiful, too. Great price when it’s in the sale.

Brilliant little tumbler that keeps my tea hot. I use it for on the go but also at home when I'm in longer meetings, as I can take my time drinking the tea. Will look into getting a bigger tumbler as well.

The tumbler is really pretty and it keeps the tea hot for a long time. It is nice to drink from. One complaint is that after a couple of months/half a year, the lid starts to get not so good to keep the tumbler closed. Now a year after using it frequently it is constantly leaking.

The product itself is very nice and works as it should (the temperature stays high and there aren't any leakages). Even so, I was very disappointed with the delivery process and customer service in a problematic situation. I received a wrong package with incorrect items and contacted customer service for further advice. They replied after a few days and informed me that they would send the correct package straight away, which they did. However, they weren't clear about what to do with the wrong package and after asking again, I was informed that I, as a customer, should pay the return fee (from another EU country it was around 20€). I feel this is not the way to do customer service, especially in a situation where the error was not mine but the company's as they sent the wrong package. I ended up paying the original order AND the return fee. Also, I was expecting to have some sort of compensation with the correct order (e.g. a trial package of the microdrinks or half of the return fee compensated in an updated bill), but there was nothing else but the ordered items. Because of this, I have to say that the customer experience wasn't pleasant at all and I will not order again from this company. Thank you!

Beautiful but doesn't hold tea/coffee hot for 6 hours. It's drinking temperature as soon as after two hours. I'm disappointed but they still look good!
