High caffeine content. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women (18 mg/100 ml). Recommended consumption: 2-3 cubes maximum per day. Vitamin C, B6, B12, niacin and pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The Boost happens slowly but it is there, no interference with heart rate or blood pressure (mine are both high and were not disturbed by the ingestion of the Boost).
